We can ask ourself:

What do I think about most of the time?

Is this helping me?

"One thought can change our life! A repetitive great thought can crush all the negative thinking, change our feelings, and empower us to greatness." (Choose Life to the Fullest book 1)

"I (Jesus) have come that they may have life and have it to the FULL!" (John 10:10)

We live out our thoughts! We can change them just like we switch on a light switch. However if we have been stuck in the negative for a long time, this may feel impossible. Jesus wants to be invited into this process. @micah_owings has been posting about this the last 2 days. Jesus wants to do life with us. He invites us to do life with Him. Our thoughts lead toward our best life or away from it.

What would He want us to think about?
Would He want us to criticize ourself in our mind?
Would He want us to criticize others in our thoughts?
Would He want us to walk around afraid, discouraged, sad?
No! That is not life to the full!

Everytime we think a discouraging thought we can change it to a hopeful thought.

For example: "God has good things for me!"

Thinking about the GOOD (instead of the bad) changes our perspective about everything, which changes the way we believe, this makes everything (school, work, friendships, sports, hobbies...) in life better!

Jesus, I invite YOU into my thoughts, change each negative thought into a hopeful one. In Jesus name
